Live Fitter Coaching

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services purchased through Live Fitter Coaching, including (but not limited to) digital guides and programmes (such as the 4-Week Bone Foundations Programme), online courses, and any future live or group coaching sessions. Please read them before making a purchase.

1. Who We Are

2. What These Terms Cover

By purchasing any product or service from Live Fitter Coaching, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This includes:

Digital downloadable guides and programmes (e.g. PDFs, linked video content)
Online courses, whether self-paced or live-led
Any bonus content, templates, or resources provided alongside a purchase

3. Ordering and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase unless a specific payment plan is offered and agreed separately.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your purchase via email and/or a direct download/access link.
It's your responsibility to provide a valid, active email address at checkout. Live Fitter Coaching is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address being provided.

4. Access to Digital Products

Digital products are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Access is typically provided immediately or within 24 hours of purchase.
You are responsible for keeping any access links or downloaded files secure. Products must not be shared, resold, forwarded, or distributed to any third party.
Where video content is provided via an unlisted link (e.g. YouTube), this link is for your personal use only and should not be shared publicly or with others.

5. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK distance-selling law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. However, because our digital products (such as downloadable guides and instant-access programmes) are delivered to you immediately upon purchase, you expressly agree, by completing your purchase, that:

You consent to immediate access to the digital content, and
You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once access to the content has been provided.

This waiver applies specifically to the statutory 14-day cooling-off right under distance-selling regulations. It does not affect your separate rights under our own goodwill guarantee, below, or your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed digital content.

6. Our Goodwill Guarantee

Even though the statutory cancellation right is waived on digital products (as above), Live Fitter Coaching offers its own goodwill guarantee on the 4-Week Bone Foundations Programme (and, unless stated otherwise, other individual digital guides):

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, and you will be offered a full refund.
This guarantee is offered at Live Fitter Coaching's discretion as a goodwill gesture and does not affect your other legal rights.
This guarantee applies to individual digital guides only, unless stated otherwise for a specific course or programme at the time of purchase (for example, a live-led course with limited spaces may carry different terms, which will be made clear before you buy).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, exercise descriptions, videos, images, and branding, is the property of Andrea Wren / Live Fitter Coaching and is protected by copyright.
You may use purchased content for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or repurpose any part of it (including exercise descriptions or video content) without prior written permission.

8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

All exercise guides, programmes, and courses provided by Live Fitter Coaching are for general educational and informational purposes only, and are not a substitute for medical advice.
You should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns, as outlined within the relevant product.
You participate in any exercise programme or course at your own risk. Andrea Wren / Live Fitter Coaching accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where this is caused by our negligence and cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Live Fitter Coaching provides digital products and courses "as is" and does not guarantee specific results, as individual outcomes vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Fitter Coaching's total liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Live or Group Sessions and Courses

Where a product includes live-led elements (for example, group calls, live course cohorts, or scheduled sessions):

Specific dates, times, and any attendance requirements will be confirmed at the point of purchase.
Live sessions may be recorded and shared with participants for their own reference; recordings remain the property of Live Fitter Coaching.
If a live session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled by Live Fitter Coaching, you will be offered an alternative date or, where this isn't possible, a suitable resolution such as a partial refund.

11. Changes to These Terms

Live Fitter Coaching may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in place at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Complaints

If you have any concerns about a product or service purchased from Live Fitter Coaching, please contact [email protected] in the first instance, and we will do our best to resolve this promptly.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
